Canadian XK Jaguar Register and Canadian Classic MG Club

Identifying Information:

In general, you can visit the Site without informing us or providing any personal information. On some pages, you may be asked to provide information that will enable us to offer services that require registration or to follow-up with you.

Generally, the CXKJR/CCMGC requests identifying information when you:

• Register on our web site for membership
• Sign up for a club event
• Provide feedback to an online survey or tell us about an idea or suggestion
• Place a classified advertisement

In these instances, the CXKJR/CCMGC will ask for the appropriate information necessary. If you receive a newsletter or other mailing from us, you will always be able opt-out of these mailings at any time.

What the CXKJR/CCMGC will do with your information:

If you choose to give us personal information for any of the purposes above, this information is retained by theCXKJR/CCMGC for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was provided. We will only contact you iffurther information is required from you for a specified reason.

The CXKJR/CCMGC will employ reasonable security practices to protect your personal information. We will not share, rent, or sell any personally identifying information provided through our Site (such as your name or email address) to any other organization for use in its marketing or solicitations. From time to time the CXKJR/CCMGC may use agents or contractors to perform services for us (such as site maintenance), however, any such organizations are contractually
bound by us to keep the information confidential and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services for the CXKJR/CCMGC. The CXKJR/CCMGC may share aggregate information about its members and its website visitors to advertisers, business partners, and other third parties, however, none of this information will contain personal

We use PayPal to process on-line payments and your credit card information is never provided to CXKJR/CCMGC.

When signing up for events through our web site, the form may also ask you to provide a telephone number. This
telephone number will only used to resolve questions related to that.

The CXKJR/CCMGC may provide links to other sites. Other websites have separate privacy and data collection practices and CXKJR/CCMGC makes no representations or guarantees as to how your information may be managed once you leave www.jaguarmg.com.

Materials sent to the Canadian XK Jaguar Register and Canadian Classic MG Club become property of the club, but originals will be returned upon request. The contributors to the CXKJR/CCMGC and its publications, including this site, amateur or professional, having limited specific knowledge, offer information or suggestions on a variety of subjects including, but not limited to, auto values, event locations (dates and times), and technical subjects.

This information comes from a variety of sources and has not necessarily been verified by its contributors or any member of the CXKJR/CCMGC, who take no responsibility for the results obtained by anyone using such information and disclaim any liability for any injury or damages. It is the discretion of CXKJR/CCMGC to refund an individual or individuals for fees paid for membership or a service, including, but not limited to registration fees for an event, food, or entrance to a third-party facility (ie a museum).
