Annual Spring Run

Mark your calendars for our Club’s annual rite of Spring, this year to be held on Saturday, March 21, one day after the official start of the season.

The drive will begin in North Vancouver, close to the north end of the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge.

The scenic drive will wind its way through the villages and neighborhoods of North & West Vancouver, ending for lunch at the West Vancouver Yacht Club.

The plan is to meet at the Real Canadian Superstore in North Vancouver (333 Seymour Blvd) near the Gas Bar at 10:00am, with an on-time departure at 10:30am.  The drive will take 1 to 1.5 hours, arriving at the WVYC between 11:30am and 12:00pm.

**NOTE:  THE START TIME IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE, AND MAY START 30min EARLIER**

Menu:

Handhelds
Choice of side: house salad, Caesar salad, daily soup, French onion soup, fries or half & half.

Clubhouse Sandwich
Chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato & cheddar on sourdough, wheat or as a wrap.
$19 Sandwich, $24 with a side

WVYC Cheeseburger
Beef, chicken or Impossible Patty with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle & mayo on brioche.
$19 Burger, $24 with a side

Ham & Cheese Sandwich
Prosciutto cotto, Swiss, romaine & pesto mayo on toasted baguette.
$19 Sandwich, $24 with a side

Beet and Goat Cheese Salad
$15 Salad, Add Chicken $8 Add Prawns $8

Desserts

Carrot Cake $10
Moist carrot cake with cream cheese frosting & toasted walnuts.

Chocolate Cake $10
Rich, dense chocolate cake with icing & Oreo chocolate crumbs.

Coffee & tea will be available.
The bar will be open, with a wide range of offerings, including non-alcoholic beverages.

All final bills will be presented with a 20% gratuity added. Additional tipping will not be required. Both Visa and Mastercard credit cards will be accepted.

Registration is required for the run.  Pre-ordering of food is also required.  Deadline to register and order is March 11.

PLEASE NOTE:  There is a maximum capacity of 50 persons for lunch at the West Vancouver Yacht Club.  We are nearing this number of registrants.  There will be a waitlist for people that register after this point, and you will be contacted.
